Our bánh cuốn is crafted the traditional Hanoi way — thin rice batter hand-steamed over a cloth-covered drum, filled with seasoned pork and wood-ear mushrooms, then served with crispy shallots and nước chấm. Every sheet is made to order, just as it has been in the Old Quarter for generations.
We brought this craft from the streets of Hanoi to the heart of Melbourne because we believe food made with patience tastes different — and we want every guest to taste the difference.
